Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and sale items may be subject to restricted return conditions.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the return authorization slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any Australia Post location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
